We cannot recommend Laura Renaldo highly enough! After working with another leasing agent for two months without finding a tenant, we were thrilled when Laura stepped in and completely changed the experience. She got our apartment rented in just a matter of days, and, even better, we ended up having our choice of excellent tenants. We received applications from three different sets of qualified applicants, giving us the flexibility to choose the best fit for our property.Laura was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective throughout the entire process. She clearly understands the market, knows how to present a property, and has an excellent ability to attract serious, qualified renters. We were especially impressed by how quickly she generated interest and turned that interest into strong applications. If you are looking for someone who will get results and make the leasing process easy and stress-free, we highly recommend Laura. We would absolutely work with her again!
